JD (SME)
· Minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant ( Voice/e-mail/Chat) processes, should have worked in Telecom Premium Business/ International set up/ Any other premium process of BPO
· Minimum 1.5 Years’ experience as a Trainer/QA/SME in( Voice/e-mail/chat ) Program
· Thorough understanding of Operations Metrics , People practices (Score Calculations, parameters, coaching experience, should have prior knowledge of customer care processes & techniques.)
· No of Requirement - 18
· Currently we are hiring for WFH, so candidates should have their own Laptop / Desktop and internet connection & location is no bar.
