Manage Irate Customers and their Escalations / Complaints - Regarding Products / Services generated through social media

Requirement

Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills (B29 - Voice Select)

Tying speed should be minimum 30 w.p.m with 90% accuracy

Basic Computer Knowledge required

Education

HSC / Graduate with minimum 12 months of experience in handling escalation calls

Candidate should be from Hospitality / Airlines / Ecommerce background ONLY

No BE/CA/MBA/Doctors/B.Sc IT

Shift timings

9 Hours shift between 9am to 8pm

Transport Boundaries

Mulund / Bhandup / Andheri (E) / Chembur (Candidates staying within 7 - 8 Kms radius)

Salary Range

20,000 to 29,000 (Net) flat

Basic Incentives
