About Process |
Analyse, extract and review relevant data from documents for calculation and verification of income & assets, evaluation of credit reports, purchase contracts, |
|
appraisals, title commitments, VOE, tax returns, divorce decrees, and other loan pertinent documentation to meet agency (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, Etc) or Investor guidelines |
|

Determine and document loan-level issues, conditions, communicate requirements, and/or recommend decision |
|
|
Identify saleability issues, potential fraud and portfolio risks based on trends, red flags and client’s business practices |
|

Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager |

Requirement |
Excellent communication skills required (B29 - Voice Select) |
|
Strong PC skills, with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office |

Willing to work in shifts as per business requirements |

Education |
MBA / PGD from a recognised institution fresher / 6 months to 3 years experience in Banking, Financial Services, BPO / KPO / LPO or Backoffice Operations |

Prior experience with US Residential Mortgage documents preferred |
